Job Description

List of Major Responsibilities:

Accounts
Preparing P & L Statement:
? Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports which have to be accurate, complete and in conformance with the recording and procedural standards.

Maintain Daily Accounts:
? Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general
Ledger accounts and document business transactions
? Compute taxes owned, tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment reporting and other
Tax compliance.
? Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
? Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and
Manual filing systems. Entry of all expenses and receipts in Tally

Maintain Budget:
? Recording & ensuring that all the expenses are done within the assigned budget.
? Managing Petty Cash - Maintain monthly budget sheet of all expenses

Associates & Vendor Management & Coordination:

? Ensuring that all the bills are paid to all vendors
? All bill payments
? Payment reminder to clients
? CA for Taxation or other work
? Filing taxes
? Coordinate with Vendors

? Resolve Vendor issues
? Creditors & Debtors list.
? Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
? Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
? Filing Returns
? Payment of service tax
? Issuing TDS Certificates
? Report to management regarding the finances of establishments

Technical Requirements:
? Knowledge of essential accounting software Tally and others.
? Knowledge of MS- office.
Administration Management
? Keep check on Vendor like Housekeeping, Stationary.
? Ensure all office facilities in working condition.
? Ensure maintenance of office facilities.
? In case of breakdown, ensure repair/replacement within 24 hrs.
? Travel Arrangement: Handle business travel and hotel arrangements for management and employees.
? Organize & Coordinate for meetings, conferences including arrangement for snacks, lunch etc. for meetings.
